How to have the best night of your life

1. Find a nice venue on the internet and wing it by not even visiting prior to the night. 

2. Invite all your best friends who you know actually give a damn about you. Prohibit tag-alongs. 

3. Invest in an appropriate amount for food and beverages. 

4. Get extremely lucky by having a bartender who lives by the motto, 'One for you, one for me'. And cannot comprehend when a bar tab is 'over'. 

5. Wear leopard and leather 

Dear Diary

So it's the first week back at uni and I've already discovered new methods of procrastination.
I've kept a diary ever since I was 6 and recently just finished another one.
It's a bit dorky I guess, but really good when my mind is buzzing.
So here is my collection and a few snippets I'd like to share.

Baha.

So being the impatient, productive yet lazy person I am (contradicting but it makes sense), I couldn't wait for my camera to charge.

Instead, I opted for a silly webcam sesh to show you my first sewing creation of the summer.

Its really just a result of being resourceful and using up all my scrap fabric before I break the bank getting new fabric.

Its similar to my previous black skirt I made, but this time it has a white underlay giving it the appearance of a whole new colour, with a shorter cut and different shape.

The top is a cutie I made around this time last year.

My latest sewing creations!

Ok so the top is the same as the one I made ages ago, EXCEPT, it has sleeves :)

I had the changing season in mind when I made it.

But I also changed the scoop of the neck, to make it more ballerina-esq, like a leotard cut.

And in following this ballerina-esq effect, I made the flat-tutu skirt which is oh so much fun to twirl around in (wow thats corny).

So there you go, my latest sewing creations.

Ps: I'm getting excited for my birthday this week. I'm getting a new machine yeeeoww.

McD's in NYC

In just under 3 months I will be going overseas to that far country AMERICA.
New York City in particular.
I'm getting quite excited and in order to enhance my experience, I have decided to give up ALL McDonald's consumption until I arrive there.
My best friend told me it is amazing over there so I want to turn 'amazing' into 'fucking unbelievable'.

This means:
NO MORE drunken 2am cheeseburgers
NO MORE late night chocolate sundaes (although it's been a while since i've had one of these)
NO MORE chicken ceasar wraps when my family decides to grab a quick feed
and NO MORE happy meals :(

So now to see if I can actually go through with it.
I'm thinking the 2am cheeseburgers will be hardest to resist.

Exciting:
- finding TMs and HMs
- evolving
- beating Team Rocket first time every time
- forgetting how much money you've won from battles then spreeing on super potions and repel
- riding your bike to go real fast to places
- flying on your pidgeot to go even faster to places
- when your magikarp becomes a gyarados


Annoying:
- finding pokemon every second step you take in the grass
- finding pokemon every second stroke you take in the water
- not being able to cut trees yet
- losing a battle when you both have 1hp left but the other side got to fight before you
- using a potion only to have your pokemon faint on the next go
- fainting in the middle of a forest and going all the way back to the town you just left
- trying to get your kakuna and metapod to evolve
